It was clean. The people at reception were not very and helpful. The location was central and near to two tube stations.

Extremely quiet rooms, with enough size and a decent closet. The bed was really really comfortable, even the pillows, which was surprising because hotels' pillows are usually too soft. There is public transportation nearby, both tube and bus. We opted to use the bus since it is more relaxed.

- The bed was comfortable, not too soft and not too hard. - Breakfast was scrumptious and abundant - Friendly staff in the breakfast hall - We loved the location - super close to Hyde Park, restaurants, shops, groceries, tubes, and bus stops with buses heading straight for Oxford Street, Picadilly Circus and much more. - The staff in the reception were very accomodating and helpful. - Reasonable prices for roomservice food (we didn't order but we saw the pricelist)

1. Location was great for our purposes: bus stops and underground tubes were within walking distance. 2. Staff was pleasant, courteous & very accommodating: Our flight from Hawaii brought us to the hotel in the early hours, however, Caner at the Front Desk offered not only to hold our luggage, but was able to process paperwork to check us in early. Although our room was not quite ready, we were assured that as soon as it was ready, Caner would text me. In the meantime, we were able to get something to eat and surprisingly within a few hours, Caner texted to advise our room was ready. Not only was the room ready, but unexpectedly, Caner provided us with a corner room, top floor with a view. Anticipating that my husband and I were completely exhausted after a 20-hour commute, we felt Caner went above and beyond to accommodate us in a most gratifying way. As our stay was for six (6) days, we would often see Caner and he would always make time to say hello and to wanted to make certain everything was okay and we were satisfied. Also, at the time of check-in during a brief conversation, I mentioned my interest in Turkish food. I forgot about this conversation, yet Caner texted me and kindly provided the name of nearby restaurant. Such a personal service. We stayed at 5-star hotels in the past, and we never experienced this amount of interaction with the Front Desk staff in any other hotel. 3. Staff was pleasant and quick to respond to inquiries: There was a ceiling bulb above the foot of the bed that was very dim. After calling in the issue, a maintenance person arrived in less than 5 minutes to change the bulb. Again superb service. 4. Convenient breakfast: Our booking did not come with breakfast, but we did have breakfast one morning. The Cafe was only serving the breakfast buffet and everything on the buffet line was adequate and pleasant. The convenience of the Cafe being in the lobby was great. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable king sized bed. Breakfast was very varied and the quality of the food was very good. The central location was excellent and very convenient for the Albert Hall and for central areas we needed to visit.
